I believe women are superior overall and in every way to men; every test except physical strength and speed which can be easily overcome shows me; and women are working at strength and speed especially in swimming. Not every woman is superior but I am and there are many others like me.

Historically, women`s IQs have lagged behind those of men by up to 5 points, but now women are surpassing men in such tests. Rex Jung, an assistant professor of neurosurgery at the University of New Mexico, has found that men tend to have more brain grey matter while women have more white matter. The differences yet again are evident, but it appears that the evolutionary battle between the sexes can, at least for now, be judged as a tie. Later boys!

Girls tend to get better grades at school than boys. Research has plenty of studies on which gender outsmarts the other. More often than not, we have seen men as smarter and physically stronger. But here are some studies that will make you reconsider those stereotypes you grew up to believe. From kindergarten, girls show more self regulation than boys. They tend to follow rules, pay attention to specific instructions and details as well as display an overall sense of self discipline by working through long term assignments despite boredom and frustration. Girls are also more likely to choose their homework before indulging in relaxing activities like watching T.V, reading or surfing the internet.

Guest Having worked in education for 41 years I can attest through anecdotal evidence that there does appear to be a 'war on boys'. But I think a lot of things as well as the school system are failing boys. It used to be that girls were stronger in the early years and boys generally caught up and passed them by puberty. The reason that boys were allowed to do this was that at the age of puberty social pressures on girls became very intense. These pressures were basically preventing them from moving forward due to a serious drop in social confidence. Girls all of the sudden had far more pressures on them to behave in certain ways, to love in a certain way and be more subservient to men because girls were met with many more social taboos and by and large the blame was laid on them if they failed to meet those standards. This created a lack of confidence which played very heavily on women being able to succeed. In the 80s and 90s girls suddenly were encouraged to move forward and the lack of self confidence began to decrease. In school programs aimed at girls encouraged them to not give in to social pressures and move forward as they had the right to do so. Which of course they did. Meanwhile boys saw themselves as being valued less and less because there were no special programs for them saying that they were capable of anything because the thinking was that boys didn't need this because they were already expected to succeed. At the same time there was greater pressure to compete as jobs were much more difficult to get once schooling was finished. A side effect of encouraging girls to advance was a drop in boys confidence and therefore their ability to move forward. This is because it was believed that boys left on their own would continue to view life in the same way. So where it wasn't exactly a war on boys, boys became a casualty in the war to advance women. It may be in the future that we will see special programs for boys to help them they are capable of succeeding in life. But the whole problem stems from the Patriarchal society we have lived in for the past thousands of years that was designed to hold women back and give men the advantage. It seems that a balance might be achieved in a matriarchal society and men who were capable would succeed just as well as their sisters.

Girls are better at mathematics and science. The sciences and math are considered subjects in which males are expected to perform better due to the higher enrollment of boys to classes like engineering, chemistry, and quantum mechanics. However, girls get overall higher grades in school making them better than boys in science, even if they are not comfortable with the subject.

Women make better bosses and managers. Female bosses tend to play a maternal role at the work place. They can be your worst nightmare and they can be a close friend who solves problems. Women are better able to understand emotions and body language making them rational thinkers and team coordinators.

Emotional Intelligence Emotional intelligence is the ability to manage and evaluate emotions within ourselves and others, and women are traditionally better at tuning into their emotions. In a business environment, emotional IQ is especially useful, as managers can empathize with their employees and avoid stressful situations or miscommunication. Businesses that place a heavy emphasis on emotional IQ during their hiring and promotion process have found that it can result in a 34% increase in profits. Employees are happier, managers are happier, and the whole business succeeds because of it.

Michael Crow, President and pioneer for online education through Arizona State University Online, has realized the importance of women in STEM, and not just for a number’s game. Crow recognizes that women are essential to problem-solving and providing different ideas to the same conversations. He recognizes that the same influence that has been building in business needs to shift to the STEM field. In regards to shifting the education gap, Crow states: “We can do better. We must do better.” Colleen Smith, a writer for Fortune Magazine and Vice President with OpenEdge at Progress, states that women are inherently influential to technology due to our excellent communication skills. Smith was able to use her ability to communicate to her advantage and slowly made her way up through the company. She expresses that the issue lies within a tech-savvy minded person’s inability to explain beyond the nuts and bolts of an invention, never exploring the why of its profitability: “I learned early on in my career that to get ahead, I needed to be able to clearly articulate (and in many instances be the one to “translate”) the technology behind what makes the business successful.”

Harvard Business Review: "Specifically, at all levels, women are rated higher in fully 12 of the 16 competencies that go into outstanding leadership. And two of the traits where women outscored men to the highest degree — taking initiative and driving for results — have long been thought of as particularly male strengths. As it happened, men outscored women significantly on only one management competence in this survey — the ability to develop a strategic "

FindIt There is no doubt that boys are falling behind girls all the way from early education up to higher education. I'm not sure if its something to boast about though because ultimately the more boys suffer on an intellectual level it just produces men that simply cannot match women's intellect and when it comes time to reproduce everyones intellect goes down. Women should be advocating for boys and to get them help, when both genders are just as smart it benefits everyone. Right now boys and men are being trounced by girls and women and it is honestly sad. I weep for my gender.
