So many women could lead by influence if they just believed in themselves. One problem women face is "pacification" when there is a problem. We learn that by wanting to belong and be liked/popular. When there is a problem is the opportune moment to influence and thus show leadership. Practicing that will grow your confidence that your leadership matters.

It is pretty exciting, my first management gig was the greatest. It has its challenges but I love it, that is your experience?

I do love it, the idea I can do good things and make things happen. I love the thought of women grasping this and loving it into something beautiful for them.

Randell I love the control. Not a control freak kind of thing but knowing that I made the choices and I am responsible for them. If the decision is for myself then it is between me and God. If my decision influences more people then I'm accountable to them as well as myself. As leader, I know where I stand. I make the rules. Good or bad, I made them.
