One cool tip I learned was "get to the root cause", it turns out most motivational issues are because people need their baser needs met while their higher ones are. example: he need control but has connection. How do you deal with issues of motivation?

Deep meditation can help to get to the root of a problem. By clearing the mind, the higher self is able to work on clearing the chakras (energy fields of the body), which can become blocked via stress, overwork, bad diet etc. Meditation is not for the faint hearted, however, as it can start to heal the mind and body immediately, but also bring up the underlying issues. Practice makes perfect, but meditation is a fantastic body, mind, and spirit cleanser.

A man who wants to submit to a women may have a sense that he is incompetent as a leader, that it is safer to follow or that logically serving you will make his life better. Men don't want you to "fix" them, they want to experiment with solutions. Remember this is the same guy who has an answer for everything before you finish talking. This works to your advantage and his advantage. This situation makes his heart and mind open.

I like to take a lesson from the trainers at Sea World. They use ONLY positive reinforcement. Only rewards for proper behavior and ignor the subjest being trained when it doesnt perform correctly. Some guys want punishment so deny the punishment until they obey correctly. It's a mind game to get to know them that well first. Hope this helps someone. JackieSCToo
