**29M | Kansas City | Looking for a Genuine FLR**

I’m 29, independent, career-oriented, and looking for a genuine, long-term female-led relationship.

I’m attracted to intelligent, confident women who can hold a good conversation and believe there’s always something new to learn. Fitness and maintaining a healthy lifestyle are important to me, and I’d love someone who takes those things seriously too.

Ideally, I’m looking for something around a level 2–3 FLR that we can grow into together. I like the captain and first mate analogy. We’re a team, we both contribute, but she’s ultimately the one steering the ship.

I do well with structure, routines, and clear expectations. I’m interested in accountability, domestic service, and having a partner who’s affectionate and nurturing but also comfortable being firm.

Outside of the dynamic, I want plenty of affection, laughter, good chemistry, and someone I genuinely enjoy spending time with.

Ideally looking for someone 26–36 who’s interested in a monogamous, childfree relationship. I’m based in Kansas City, but my career sometimes takes me to new places, so I’m open to some distance.
