Yes, I have experienced the benefits of physical punishments in an FLR. I have also found many non-physical punishments to be just as effective. I think the male’s acceptance of punishments of either type, can be an important element in FLR relationships. I found it to really deepen and strengthen the emotional bond between Dominant and submissive.
