I understand where you are coming from and you are not alone in that circumstance. I’ve been in a committed FLR since 2002 with an amazing woman; She’s smart, beautiful, athletic, makes great money, but is extremely busy in Her professional and volunteer roles.
What is critical is to communicate and agree to your roles and expectations up front. The agreement details what each brings to the table.
As Her sub, I perform all household chores, including cooking, cleaning, laundry, hosting, and serve as Her personal ASSistant; supporting Her in Her work, printing, clerical tasks, chauffeuring, airport drop-off/pickup. My role is to free up as much of Her time as possible, which allows Her the time to focus attention and energy on Her sub.
It’s not about turning Her on, it’s about being Her submissive. Understanding your role as Her sub is to Please, Pleasure, Service, and OBEY Her. Period.
