After retiring from a 40 year career as a professor where I always had to be prepared, organized and in charge. I reflected and realized that I sought letting another be in charge.
I am learning about the FLR dynamic and am seeking guidance and direction by a Female Leader.
I would appreciate any responses that can give me direction to finding Her.
