67/PA Mature man looking for possible FLM OR LONG TERM FLR

I am a mature man 67 in shape very healthy and active in life.
I keep myself in good shape and am looking for an FLM or long teRm FLR.
i AM NOT LOOKING FOR SOMEONE THAT WANTS TO TRY FLR, Rather a woman that knows what she wants and needs.
If you are in another country or thousands of miles away this won’t work.
I a a true believer Domestic Discipline is a staple of this relationship type and actually helps it prosper.
Please be 40 years old or more no one younger please. I don’t have time for silliness.
